First: customers (buyers)

• You must register on the site to be able to purchase.THE REGISTRATION LINK
• You must write the real name and not write a pseudonym.
• The account may not be given to another person.
• Any action taken through the account is the responsibility of the account holder.
• When you purchase a product, you will contact the company that sells this product to find out how much the delivery or shipping price is, then after agreement with the company, you will move to the electronic payment stage and pay the full amount in the site, and the amount will be kept until you receive Your product is free of any defects, and then you inform us that the deal is done, and then we transfer the amount to the company's account in the bank.
• You can return the product within 15 days of the arrival of the product, but you bear the costs of delivery to the company, and you must return the product in the same condition of receipt, otherwise you will not be able to recover your amount.

Second: Sports companies (vendors)

• You must register on the site to be able to display and sell your products.THE REGISTRATION LINK
• The company's data must be written true and accurately, and this data should be private to the company and reserved under proprietary rights.
• must be attached: A copy of the commercial register, municipal license, A copy of the identity card of the authorized signatory, electricity bill of the company, A letter from the bank stating the company account details, photos from inside and outside the company or factory or shop, company logo, accreditation certificates from international organizations, if any.
• The application will be reviewed within two working days and if the application meets the conditions, it will be approved.
• The contract is valid for one full year from the date of approval.
• The money will be transferred monthly to the company's accounts, after ensuring that the customer has received the product..
• The site commission and transfers commission will be deducted before transferring to the company's accounts.
• The company bears full responsibility for the condition of the product, its price, delivery or shipment , and  the website does not bear any legal consequences for this.
• In the case of returning the product, the customer bears the cost of returning the product in the same condition of receipt to the company’s headquarters or shop within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt. Then the company notifies the website of this, after which the amount will be returned to the customer.

       Subscription Fees:

•  Subscription is free.
•   It is possible to display and sell an unlimited number on the site.
•   Site commission: choose one of the two options:

1. The first option: the site's commission is 20% of each sale, and the site bears the transfers' commission, whether to the company's bank account or PayPal account.
2. The second option is the site’s commission 15% of each sale, and the site does not bear the transfer commission, whether to the company’s bank account or the PayPal account.

• The site commission is calculated from the total amount of the sale includes the item price, any handling charges, the shipping service the buyer selects, sales tax, and any other applicable fees.

Third: Players and Coaches (job seekers)

• Registration is done through the registration page of the players and coaches section.
• All fields must be filled in, and if all the information is not completed, the publication will not be approved.
• The player or coach must write the information in a correct manner, and he bears all responsibility for the correctness of the information he writes in the registration box, and the website does not bear any responsibility for the validity of these data and the consequences that occur because of that.
• The player, coach, or any jobseeker in the sports field authorizes the website to publish his data on the players and coaches list page, and any visitor browsing the site can see it.
• The age of the registered person must be 18 years and over, and if the age of the registrant is less than 18 years, his guardian must register him and write the phone number and email of the guardian.

            The Registration fees is free.

Fourth: Players' Agent

• You register through the registration page of the Players Agents section.
• The data must be written correctly and accurately, and this data must be real, and it is not permissible to write pseudonyms.
• A copy of the work permit from the national sports federations must be attached.
• The players’ agent authorizes the website to publish his data, photo, means of communication on the players agents’ list page.

            The Registration fees is free.

  Fifth: Sport Jobs Posting

• To publish any sports profession on the job list page on the site, please fill the from  registration link  on job list page and attach all job data and methods of application and communication.
  Click here to post a job.
• The job data must be correct, and the company or organization is responsible for the correctness of the information.
• The site assumes no legal responsibility for any consequences arising from the publication of the advertisement for any job.
• The site is a platform for posting sports job ads, not an employer.

            The job posting fees is free.

Shipping and delivery terms

• Coordination is made between the customer and the company regarding delivery within the country or shipping outside the country, and it is the responsibility of the company to clear procedures
• The Website is not responsible for the delivery or shipping process, and it is the responsibility of each company that displays and sells its items on the website to clear the delivery and shipping procedures.

The Penal Clause

In the event of a breach of any clause or condition on the Rules and Conditions page, disciplinary action will be taken as follows:

1.  First warning to the member (first time).
2.  Final warning to the member (second time).
3. Delete the member's account from the site

If we receive a report against a member regarding theft, embezzlement, lying, fraud, defamation, or infringement of the property of others, and this has been proven, the member will be removed from the site permanently.
